How to use

Wear on waist 1. Release the Magic Tape from each part 2. Brinh the Industrial back support on waist with the product label on top 3. Splice the front plates together from right to left by giving the magic tape part in the middle abdomen 4. Pull the second layer of back strap together to increase the tightness as needed 5. Attach the shoulder strap on both sides as in the picture. The strap can be adjusted to the desired length
