How to use

1. Tear the plastic envelope, take out the heat pad and peel the tape off. The heat pad will be activated upon exposure to oxygen in the air.
2. Place the sticky side of the heat pad on a piece of clothes or soft fabric and position it over the painful area.
3. To maintain constant heat, cover the heat pad with other clothing such as a coat or other garment. 4. Wait for about 15-30 minutes, the heat pad will gradually heat up to a temperature between 50-55 °C for 12 hours from laboratory test results. You will feel warm and this will help your muscles to relax.
4. Reduce or increase heat as required by changing the thickness of cloth underneath the heat pad.

Storage Condition

1) Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep the heat pad in a dry and cool place (room temperature). 2) Keep the heat pad out of the reach of children.
